Anybody know of any filesharing programs that can be downloaded directly to the PS3?

I've had my PS3 for a lil while now and one thing I've been wondering about is filesharing capabilities. Does anybody know if you can download some sort of program directly from the browser and onto the PS3 so that you can share music and whatnot with other users?
 
I doubt it, seeing how all those file sharing programs are illegal, and seeing how the PS3 doesn't run on an operating system so it wouldn't be able to run them.
