anybody owned a pair of sony xplods before?

i dont get it, i got two 12" xplods and im guessin its 1200watts but does it push out 1200w straight or does it push 2400w all together (2 subs)? i need to know before buying an amp for it. btw, how hard do they thump by 1 - 10 ? any experience answers will be very thankful and apreciated.

my cousin had a sony xplod. wasnt loud at all but a beginner speaker. what are the speaker rms rating? Thats what u look at when considering power. not watts but the rms power rating
