anyone else having disconnection trouble with t-mobile mobile broadband?

Hi I am with T-mobile's web 'n walk broadband, I have been dsiconnecting regularly for months now, they are aware and seem to be trying to fix it, was just wondering if anyone else has same problems, apparently it is a repeat fault on my local cell. I stay in ayr, scotland.

Is anyone an engineer that could explain to me what these faults and cells are?
