Obviously some advisor has told him he has to be online if he is to have any credibility with anyone under 40, but the man clearly hasn't been within 20 foot of a computer.
Every time he appears on TV he's dropping in facts like 'I'm on the facebook now', and 'i'm into all the blogging', and 'look at my Blackberry!'
Funny. Someone asked him this morning if he was on Twitter, seeing as he's so keen to prove his internet credentials. He clearly didn't have a clue what they were on about, but pulled out his shiny new Blackberry again and brandished it about.
Really, if he wants to have any authenticity at all, the man should at least have a look at the internet instead of just bandying about magic internet code words and hoping that makes him look informed.
