my other half had a contract with 3 mobile, he thought it was rubbish so he rang up, paid the latest bill and a cancellation fee to end the contract early. a year later he received a bill from them with 12 months standard fee to be payed asap, even though he paid a cancellation fee to end the contract a year ago, he rang them, and quiet conveniently they haven't got any record off the cancellation fee! anyone else had problems with them?
