I vomited after watching it no joke. Also felt sick for a week.
By far more disgusting than any gore anime I've seen including Elfen Lied. School Days is what you'd call very realistic, it makes you think how many complete douche bags are out there. Everything built up so that a teenage girl would have a psychotic breakdown and decapitates her lover and stab a 1 week old pregnant girl in the stomach multiple times.
