Anyone know an affordable audiophile turntable?

Looking for high quality full manual belt drive turn table under $200. Pipe dream?? New or used wouldn't matter to me.
Any model suggestions would be appreciated. The cheapest I could find a Technics SL1200 was like $400 and I am a poor college student.
