I know its an independent film. It's in German based on Nazi Germany. I remember this Nazi officer listens to conversations in people's homes (I guess people's houses are tapped) and he becomes infatuated with this specific person and it is led to believe they are against the Nazis or something like that and idk i don't remember too much I just know they showed it on IFC and it was good.
