Anyone remember when Benoit nearly broke his back?

I've seen this clip with all of the other extreme moments, it's of Benoit jumping through the ropes from inside the ring into a wrestler standing outside the ring in front of the announcers table. The other wrestler moved out of the way and Benoit (unscripted of course) hit the edge of the table right across his back, nearly breaking it. It was a very intense moment and match and I'm looking for it but I have NO idea when, where, or who it was against. If you can't find a video for me, could you please tell me the match? Thanks.
