I don't jailbreak my iPad but every time I reboot it the apps were missing

I'm worried about those apps that i spent a lot of money those apps were expensive
How to get them back plus only remains is all the original apps
I don't want to restore it because my Mac is new and don't have iTunes If I download iTunes and restore I have to wait several hours to finish the download of software update ios 6.1.4
I'm only using my iPad hotspot connection
