Are BBC shows still available on Vuze?

A couple of years ago it was widely announced that the BBC would have shows like Doctor Who available for "rent" on Vuze HD networks. But nowadays when I look for Doctor who or a BBC channel in general no such shows are available. Did the Vuze/BBC contract fall through?
