are bichons frise's really that hard to housebreak?

ive just been looking online and almost everyone has on the sites that they tend to be hard and sometimes inpossible!

I don't know how many times I've heard that about dachshunds too, and I've potty trained literally dozens, all ages.
Any dog can be potty trained, just takes patience, routine, and positive reinforcement.
No different for bichons - don't believe all that nonsense.
