i'm trying to lower my body fat percentage and get my body in shape. basically burn a lot of fat and gain muscle. especially around my abs and upper body. would it be healthy to eat these burritos from chipotle? they taste really good. but i'm not so sure of the ingredients that they put in it. i usually order a chicken burrito...w/black beans, corn, tomatoes, sour cream, and lettuce.

not really...one chicken burrito has around 1000 calories, cut the sour cream and cheese and its probably not as bad, howveer, much healthier to make burrito at home, as you need know how much lard they drip their chicken in

Not at all. they have 4times the saturated fat in one burrito as your body need in one week.

These are prob one of the worst ways to lose weight.. sorry :(

Ummm, probably not the best way to go unless you are getting just the salad. Your burrito 865 calories but about 250 from Fat. Thing is almost a 1/4 fat calories. Try a salad with no sour cream and it's a little better. Good luck, I'm trying to lose some weight too. Go to below web site to see calories on what you add for yourself.

YES eat as many of them as you want BUT!!! if you do make sure you toss off into the ends and mix in some doo doo balls, truck stop bathrooms make excellent treasure troves for fresh blood and fecis.

omfg so goooooooood!!!
that is like one of the major factors of berkeley being a school i wanna go to. Oh yeah, and the academics and stuff.

I have no clue if their healthy. Probly not with guac and sour cream, but if you get rid of those they don't really have anything else bad in them
