patient smokes marijuana... Ie blood? Say a doctor wants to take your blood for tests but he dosent mention what kind of tests? If he was to find THC in his clients blood stream. Could the doctor at that point inform your work place of this?
 
First of all why would you let your doctor give you a test without telling you what it's for.. & even if he does find THC he's not going to tell your work... Marijuana is the #1 cash crop in America & you never hear about this ever happening.. So I don't think you should worry(:
 
doctor's need to respect patient confidentiality. it's on YOU to provide your employer with the results of your labs if that is required by them
