Are introverts overstimulated by smartphones?

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate my introversion as a 7. I find that, with all of the apps and articles and posts and input of information I get from my smartphone, I often feel overstimulated. Although I usually don't realize it, I also feel more tired mentally. Do any of you introverts feel the same? What about extroverts?

Also, for clarification:
Introverts - people who focus their energy inward on their thoughts, feelings, etc. and who require a lot of alone time to regain their energy

Extroverts - people who focus their energy outward to other people, events, etc. and require a lot of social interaction to regain their energy

Please don't say anything about how one personality type is superior to the other, or anything like that. Introversion is generally regarded as an undesirable trait compared to extroversion, but both are completely normal.

Im extremely introverted (according to the test i took in my psychology class). And i know what your saying; video games, movies, and even playing on the internet just wears me out! I start brooding and getting waaayyyy too into what im doing and i actually avoid doing stuff because of the effect it has on me. I think i just get lost in my head sometimes, but im sure extroverts do too.
