research their value? Several years ago my husband found a a box of sports cards on side of highway. He split the cards with his co driver and his half has been sitting in the closet. I know nothing about card collecting, but my son who is now 23 is telling me that the Bryant cards are now worth money because he made it big. These cards are upper decks and some other company's I don't remember and they were carefully touched on the sides just once when I started to catalog them but I got bored with doing that so never finished. These cards are in their original packages and I honestly have no idea what, if anything I may have. Until my son mentioned them the other night I had forgotten we even had them at all. There are basketball, baseball,football,hockey and even race car cards in the box. What should I do with them? I am not even sure what category would be best to post this question in. HELP!
