are mid-calf or ankle boots too late in the season?

I live in the midwest and the weather is consistently about 60 degrees. My style is more of an indie rocker. I was wondering if low-calf boots with black leggings + a casual dress are too late in the season to wear?

no they will probabaly still work this spring and maybe they beggining of the summer
