My mom is only 12% Native American, but she really looks like one; brown eyes, brown skin, dark hair. I'm about 4% Native American, but I have blue eyes, blonde hair, and white skin. I'm asking if my mom would be considered a Woman of Color, because wouldn't that make me, a girl whiter than sour cream, "colored"?
