Are Parliament cigarettes available in the Dominican Republic?

I'm going to the Dominican Republic during this March Break, and I was wondering if they have Parliament cigarettes in places like resort shops. And what's their smoking age like? I'm 16 1/2 but look relatively older, and wanted to buy some there.
