Are people who complain about gas prices too lazy to change their lifestyle?

This latest rise in gas prices (4 years) has to do with greed. There could be more refineries and oil production but then the price would be lower and the bosses would not be getting their billions in stock options.
 
Couldn't they move closer to work?

Use public transportation, walk or bike?

Buy a more fuel efficient vehicle?

If they took low gas prices for granted don't they mostly have themselves to blame?
