no, they are not hot. They taste like the green ones, but they're great for adding color to a dish !

No... they are more sweet. I would not use them for spicy cooking... usually i use them for salads, or pepper and chicken for tortillas.

No, they're not. Green, yellow and red bell peppers are all the same plant; the difference is the time at which they are harvested (green peppers aren't ripe, red peppers are fully ripe), and there is a bit of a difference in flavour as a result. But they're all similar.

No. They are not hot. They are very crunchy and good in salads or cooked. They have a lot of vitamin C too!
