Are Rogers Communications "Field Service / Installation Technicians" UNIONIZED?

Hi, it seems that Bell Canada "Field Service Technicians" workers (the guys who have to climb poles, and do re-wiring, etc...) are unionized (including regular full timers, part timers, AND temporary full and part timers ... if I have understood various internet forums correctly)...

Do Rogers' technicians (and/or other Rogers' employees) enjoy the same sort of union perks? Or is Rogers not unionized at all (I am referring only to operations and employment in Canada for both companies)?

How about other companies, like Telus, Sprint, AT&T, Shaw, T-Mobile, etc... are any of them unionized?

Thanks!

P.S. - Here is a link to a 5-year "Bell Technical Solutions" union agreement that I found on a thread on a RedFlagDeals forum. It expires or "runs out" on May 6, 2014:
