Are the cowboy's superbowl victories in the 90's tainted?

One of the assistant coaches on the colts now is supposedley the best at this stealing signals thing. I just think to be fair if the patriots are tainted than so are the previous 40 years of the nfl.
 
The only thing that was tainted was Michael Irvin from all the cocaine that was being passed around.
 
Boohoo. The Pats are the only ones to get caught. It happened more than once too.
