are the foods i ate today healthy?

i am watching what i eat and looking to tone up and loose some kgs..so how do you think i went today ?

breakfast:
1 medium nectarine
1 99% fat free 60% less sugar youghurt.

lunch: a wrap. which consists of
1 rye tortilla
lettuce
tomato
cheese
mustard
ingham sliced chicken breast

afternoon snack:
8pc sushi (chicken and avacado, calafornia roll)

dinner:
roast beef, potatos, brussel sprouts, pumpkin, small amount of swede, gravy

other snacks:
1 medium nectarine
1 large peach

& lots of water

p.s im 16, 132lbs / 60kgs
aaaand 6ft 4/164 cm
OOPS ! i meant 5 ft 4, im short as ! :|
i know its a lot for an afternoon snack haha but school just makes me so damn hungry hahah. thanks for the answers all
