Are the only African Americans who whine about recieving more Reparations...

...and Welfare Payments lazy? I ask because I never notice working and educated African Americans complaining about the two. I have also noticed that working and educated African Americans at least on the welfare side couldn't give a s--- about how many welfare payments are given out. To prove this, I once read for example the attitude of African American policemen in my hometown (Baltimore, Maryland) and their belief of lower class (when I say lower class, they are refering to African Americans who don't work for a living, not poor working African Americans living in the ghetto) African Americans in the ghetto. Their belief was that most lower class African Americans were "lazy, welfare dependent, baby producing, crack smoking, drug dealing, cop hating drunks" essentially the same attitude most White people feel about African Americans in that situation. Onto the reparations thing, I notice that all the African Americans who complain about it the loudest usually fall into the category I listed above as well. So my question is is it fair to say as a society we can disregard the opinions of African Americans who support higher welfare payments and reparations for slavery. To me its like disregarding the opinions of Southern Whites who support the KKK (I lived in Houston, I know most Southern Whites don't but the few that do are usually disregarded) , who really cares about their opinions? Any way back to my original question, is it fair to say we as a society can disregard the opinions of African Americans who whine about recieving higher welfare payments and reparations payments? I mean it seems the African Americans who work for a living have no respect for most of the African Americans in that category so I think its fair to say that if they can disrespect their opinion so can the rest of us.
