Are there any cell phones that have bluetooth to share files between two phones?

My samsung SGH c417 has bluetooth but it cant transfer ringtones or anything like that between other cell phones.
 
you can transfer between nokias.
or just use a free ringtone site like Ventones if ringtones is what you want to download for free.
 
My Sony Ericson W810i through AT&T can transfer files, my husband and I do it all the time!
