Are there any large V8 trucks available in manual transmissions?

I'm just curious if there are any trucks like a Toyota Tundra or Nissan Titan that are available in manual transmissions? All the trucks I look at are automatic, and I really don't like autos and how they take so much control and power away from you. Are there stock trucks that are manuals, or are there conversions or something, because my dad has a 98 Toyota Tacoma that is a manual and I love it. I would also prefer Japanese trucks over American.
 
Some of the diesel trucks will have a manual transmission. Unfortunately the Tundra doesn't come with a manual in any trim...same as the titan. I believe the silverado and f250-f350 have a manual transmission option. I'm not sure why trucks wouldn't have manual transmissions in the US...maybe people are getting lazy?

The Japanese trucks are actually American so...yeah. The tundra is made in Indiana or Texas and the titan is made in Mississippi.
