Are there instructions in Judaism and Christianity about safe source of sustenance?

Islam lays great emphasis on earning one's livelihood thorough permissible means.
People selling wines, narcotics, charging interest, flesh trade and receiving bribes
and profiteering are considered earning their livelihood in haram(illegal) ways. Such
people are doomed as neither their worship, nor hajj or fasting are acceptable.
Prophet Muhammad says that that a body made of haram sustenance is
destined to hell. Another famous saying is: ' Giver and taker of bribe are both doomed."

I wonder if the earlier religions like Judaism and Christianity give that much
importance to source of income. I shall be grateful if you could kind quote from
Torah and Gospels on the subject.
