One horse has green snot all over his nose coming from his nostril and none are groomed and have knotted tails and manes. They don't have any jackets on and it is  6c outside at the moment. I know very little about horses but I feel sorry for them, is this acceptable?  If it is bad then I will let the RSPCA know.I don't know if the sick one is being treated.
