they are three different versions of an app called 5-0 radio.

the creator says that the feeds are all live, but i have my own reasons for believing this guy is BS'ing us.

one of them being that my local FD and PD never mentioned anything about the snow storm my area got slammed with, therefore, i personally think it's all pre-recorded from earlier times.
 
You should watch the feeds for several days. Check them each day at a specific time. If what they are saying is exactly the same every time, it is a false app and you should ignore it.
