Are those mobile theme parks really safe?

Are they inspected often, etc? I've been looking at the rides in my town and they look extremely rickety (rusty, uncared for).

A carnival ride collapsed here in California recently. I'm actually surprised it doesn't happen more often. They don't look safe to me.

some parks just make them look like that just so that you can be scared more than you need to I personally would not worry at all it is kinda like wonder land one or two rides look like they are old and made of wood my dad is terrified by them but they are 100% safe think of how many people have rode on them.
