Are UGGs still in fashion winter 2010?

heyy well i just wanted to kno cuz my high school has unform so the ugly pants wont fit into regular stylish boots that you wear with skinny jeans so UGGs are probably my best option for the winter time
p.s. i live in canada so boots are like a total MUST...no way around the good ol' canadian winter!
