Are vaporizers sold for tobacco?

I know water pipes are sold 'for tobacco use only.' I was wondering if this was also the case for vapes.
 
I've used my vaporizer (aritzer extremeQ, ~300 bucks) for just about everything, rosehips, tobacco, weed, many essential oils. They're multipurpose don't worry, just try to keep your bowls and glass pieces separate for only certain things, you don't want to use the same hose and bowl setup for all your different herbs and the like, mixing some can be bad for you.
 
it only says for tobacco only because weed is illegal... if it said "for WEED" then it would be illegal. all vapes, bongs, hookahs, pipes... are "made for tobacco" and can be used in whatever way is most desired.
