Are XviD and watch-movies.net safe?

I want to watch a movie from watch-movies.net and I need to download XviD for it. Are they both safe to use?
 
hmmm idk try thepiratebay (DOT) com and download this p2p program VUZE (at vuze(DOT) com)

100% safe and fr33, been using it for 3 years now, no virus so far ;)
