Im trying to have something surpresed in court due to an unlawful entry. I was in visiting my friend for one night only.The police went into my friends apt after trying to call the here the only person who could give permission. They could not get ahold of her so they when in after 30 min of thinking about what to do they went in under exigent ccircumstanceswill the judge look at the fact that they took 30 min trying to gain eentryone way when 30 min later switched it 30 min tthat'snot exigent circumstance an emergency will there action show that even if there were technicaly exigent circumstances
