want in my establishment? i dont want any loud,thuggish,cursing, no class type of people. it has nothing to do with race or skin color, im a mulatto myself.
 
My personal opinion would be that you couldn't just pick who you wanted to come in. That would have to be like an exclusive club type thing. I do think that you can have people leave if they are being rude or extremely loud. Usually the type of place it is will determine the type of people in it.
 
Yes, you can do this as long as you make your business a Private Club. Check with your city ordinances to find out exactly how you need to do this.
 
Yes, but you have to be very careful about how you apply these rules, and also that you apply them constantly and consistently. You can not have any suggestion that the rules are being applied in a biased manner.
