...radio scanner? At Radio Shack, I was looking at the types of scanners available, even those for police, fire, and emergency transmissions. Underneath these systems I read a disclaimer that they were only available to trunked markets, of which I did not understand and I am still pretty much in the dark about what it is. Can I even buy one and if I can, is there anything special I need to do like get a license? Please include all the information you can! Thank you very much.
