Do you ever hear an eg: Cantonese girl talking on the phone or talking to her boyfriend and all the sounds she makes are whiny noises? As if she is slurring her words together in desperation...Is that supposed to be "cute" in the culture? Kind of how here, hot girls sound like valley-girls "like omg!"?
