Of the franchises mentioned in their roundup, only two offer free wifi, and neither of them are that widespread (I'd never heard of Cosi). Granted, the post's roundup criteria requires the web-friendly franchises to offer a good environment along with the free wifi, but surely there are more and better options available, depending on where you are.
