I purchased a dress from Asos (Marketplace) and it came int the mail yesterday.
BUT it's the wrong dress!!
I intend on either getting a refund or sending it back and getting the proper dress.
Am I liable to ask for an Express post when they exchange the dress and deliver it back?? (this is only because I have my formal in less than two weeks and there would be no point in getting the new dress shipped back if it doesn't get delivered in time)
Or, if I get the dress refunded can I ask them to pay for the dress to be shipped back to them?
It is there fault afterall, and I don't want to be spending money on their mistake.
