AT&T BlackBerry Pearl?

I am thinking of switching my cell phone, I currently have a Razor and like it but ready for a change and there is a deal out for the BlackBerry which I am considering switching to but here is my question...

Is this phone easy to use?
Any complaints anyone has with it?

Any advice, recommendation would be great!!!
