AT&T iPhone 4 to T-Mobile?

Hello. My friend is selling me an iPhone 4 and I'm wondering if i could unlock it to t-mobile. How would i unlock it? Also, i currently have an internet plan and texting plan. Can i still use my internet 3G plan while having the iPhone? Thanks.

To Unlock I-phone 4 use Remote Unlock service....Visit the site Simpleunlocking.com
get Remote Unlock service for I-phone 4 and get free Unlocking instructions at Mobileunlockguide.com/apple-iphone-4 and unlock it from network lock step by step... Then use T-Mobile network sim card....You can use Internet and 3G plan after Unlock it.
