I Could use some specifications please. its not my first cell ( a virgin mobile tracfone was)anyway,i know the phone is 20$ and a 2 year 20$ contract. what does that mean? ( not an expert at phones sorry..) but i've been told its a good phone for someone like me and i want other specs like free texting plz..thanks!
