ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3200 in MB?

Sorry, this might be a stupid question but we are trying to buy a laptop. We need it to be able to play decent enough games such as Sims 3, which require at least 128MB in Graphics/Video card capability. I was just wondering if anyone could translate 'ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3200' into terms of MB so I know whether it will suffice.

radeon 3200 typically has 128m of sideport memory, but gets the rest from system memory.

If you're looking for a gaming laptop then I'd suggest a better video chipset.
 
depends on how much RAM you have since the HD 3200 in laptops uses RAM from your system, about 512 MB or less so it should be enough
