audi q5 xenon headlights?

Well... I am thinking of buying an Audi Q5 but im worried about the LED lights in the SE model. What do the daytime running lights look like? Is it worth getting back LED lights? If so, how to get on audi Q5 SE. What extras do we get from Xenon headlights? Do they look the same? thanks.
