Auto-refresher for internet explorer...please help?

is there one for the newest IE...or is it just for the old one
is there an auto-refresher for the newest version of Internet Explorer...it automatically reloads the page at specified intervals
 
It's not clear what you are looking for.

If you want the latest IE, go to microsoft.com and download it.
