Bachelors in Advertising or Certificate in Fashion?

I'm one year away from graduating from a state school with a bachelors in advertising, but I don't want to go to grad school, which I hear will be mandatory soon. Should I put this all aside and try a certificate in fashion from a tech school? I'm very interested in fashion and think I'd really like it, but I'm scared to ditch my pursuit of a bachelors. Advice?
