Back up assistant for Blackberry Storm? (verizon)?

I haven't been able to get the backup assistant on my new Blackberry Storm? Can any one help? Best answer will be given, thanks!
 
Download and install Desktop Manager on your computer from here:

http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/

Once it is installed on your computer plug your phone into your computer with a USB cable

Open Desktop Manager

Click Back up now

All of the data on your Storm will be backed up so that you can restore it at a later time
