Bacterial vaginosis? Pregnancy? Can I still have sex?

I had a bacterial vaginosis infection about a week ago. I've been on meds and I believe its gone but I have a few days left on them. I'm wondering if its okay to have sex? From what I've read its fine to because it can't spread to men, however I'm pregnant and I'm worried it'll make my infection come back (I'm due in a week), and I don't want to have an infection when my baby comes out! Can that cause it to come back? My dr isn't in till Monday so I can't ask him till then, but I want to have sex to try to induce my labor! Any ideas?
