Bad customer service - What are your experiences and do you complain ?

Recently i ordered some address labels for my business. I have ordered through this person before and last time their mistake was putting my user name on the package when i didn't ask them to. My user name is risque and it was a VERY huge invasion of privacy. They are meant to address your parcel as you have it marked on the invoice.

I made sure to tell them this time - please only address it with the following details and not my user name.

I gave them the details of what i wanted on the labels. I only wanted my mail bag number etc but they have included my initials which i did not want!

It throws the whole design off and well it doesn't matter about that.. the point is they have not given me what i asked for. It was a small amount of money but i am very upset because of the time it takes to recieve them and the time wasted.

What would you do in this situation? They are withholding feedback so if i complain i risk having my feedback ruined.

If this is a business, surely they desire to please their customers. In fact, I would think they would have a policy that states you must be satisfied.

I would indeed ask for my money back, and go to another company. You are wasting valuable time and money - no matter how small the price. Others back their work. I would move on.
